Our ladies are baking cookies 🍪 😋 for Christmas 🎄 Leigh taught them an easy basic recipe. All you do is ad your different flavorings to your mixture. Basic SAFRP Cookie Recipe First stage Ingredients Mix together in a bowl 🥣 1. 6 cups of flower 2. 4 teaspoons of baking powder 3. 1 teaspoon of salt Second stage Ingredients Mix in a separate bowl 🥣 1. 2 and a half cups of Stork baking margarine 2. 2 cups of sugar 3. 2 teaspoons of vanilla or almond extract 4. 1/4 cup of milk🥛 5. 2 Eggs 🥚 Method 🤪 1. Cream the butter and sugar together 2. Add your vanilla extract and 2 eggs, mix 3. Gradually ad the flower and milk mixture to the bowl 4. Mix until a dough forms and it is not sticky. 5. Roll out and use cookie cutters to cut and place your cookies in a baking tray. 6. Bake for 10 to 15 min 7. Take out and leave to cool 8. Put in a jar and keep in a cool place 😎 Enjoy your cookies 🍪 Things you can ad to you batter 1. Coconut 2. Cocoa 3. Raisins 4. Chock chips 5. Smarties 6. Coffee 7. We would like to thank Ellen Coetzee from Africa to Asia for giving us this amazing opportunity to make an exclusive range of Christmas decoration beads for their shop in Hong Kong. Our ladies worked so hard and a total of around 45 000 beads were strung up to make these beautiful decorations. These woman astounded me with their work ethic and determination. A total of 3000 pieces was made on time and I could not be prouder. They earned their own money by doing this project and it warms my heart to see them so proud. Contracts like these don't come very often so to us it means the absolute world. Thank you so much.
