The men made a stand with an old bath that fits into the frame for our first worms! A pipe inside and at the outlet then put a pipe to a drum that catches the worm pee.

A very big thank you to Marthie Van Loggerenberg, Rian Harman and Dirk Van Vuuren that brought our first earthworms! We are so happy to start our worm farming that will produce wonderful worm pee and compost to feed our fruit trees and vegetable garden. Leigh xx

The ducks are loving the cool weather. They even come up to say good morning. We pray for more rain.

We planted some fruit trees that a donor gave us and we are so happy to say that they are growing wonderfully! The top soil is hard but when mixed with the right compost all our plants are flourishing! We are blessed and will continue to work hard to make our Farm Project a huge success. We thank each and every donor who believes in the work we do daily. To be self sufficient is not easy but we will stay positive no matter what. Leigh xx

Hi everyone. As you can see we do not have any grass. Even though we are getting great rains thus far we desperately need grass. Kikuyu is a hardy thick grass and will work well on the farm. Please if you can help in any way or donate towards a load contact Leigh on 0727388101 Email leigh.safrp@gmail.com Thank you to everyone for your continued support.
